Parenting Tip o' the Day

DO ride home in the car with everyone (kids and husband included!) singing 'Sweet Caroline' at the top of their lungs. Much silliness and giggles will surely commence.

Mark and I dropped the kiddos off at my parent's house last night and then we went out for dinner. On the way home after with the kids, Matt asked to listen to Sweet Caroline on my iPod (it's one of his favorite songs), and we turned up the radio and proceeded to sing our hearts out. Even Jill was singing along. I love that kind of stuff. It's one of those moments that want to imprint in my brain for when I'm old in my rocking chair and feeling nostalgic. And I hope it's something that the kids remember, too.

It's a memory. :)

Didja do the whole "Ba bah bah..." and "So good! So good! So good!" parts too? One night when Jack and Tina came to Karaoke with us, Jack got up and sang Sweet Caroline and had the whole audience singing the "chorus" part. It was a blast!!!
