A conversation with a 2 year old...

In the car last week coming home from dinner at my moms:

Mark: Matt, are you awake?
Matt: No.
Mark: You're not awake?
Matt: No.
Mark: (Laughing) Matt, say yes.
Matt: Yes.
Mark: (Still laughing) Matt, when I ask you if you're awake, you say yes, okay?
Matt: Okay.
Mark: Are you awake Matt?
Matt: No.

hehe!! Another cute thing he does lately is when he wakes up in the morning, he comes downstairs and says good morning to everything ("good morning stove, morning chair, morning cup, morning dump truck!"). So freakin' cute.

I LOVE talking my my 2 year old! This morning I heard Payton was up so I went into her room and she was sitting in the middle of her bed and looked at me and said "I'm awake Mumma!" Her favorite phrase lately is "What you doin' Mumma?" I am usually playing with her at the time!
