Yes, my child is a peanut. She's still in 2T pants and 3T shirts. She has a size 7 shoe. She fits in most over-head storage compartments. But she eats well. Pretty much the only food group she doesn't eat is meat. And by meat I mean red meat. She'll eat chicken and pork and turkey. Her hearing is fine, she's doing fine in motor skills, verbal communication and comprehension and I have no serious behavioral concerns (although she is a wonderful whiner).
So in short (har de har), Jill's doing wonderful. She may be teeny, but what she lacks in size she makes up for in personality.

Maybe she's not that bad at all, and I think she's doing great so no need to worry. she will catch up when she's 12years old for sure.
She is still beautiful gift given by God. You are still blessed to have her. Great post.
