We got a new vacuum today... so of course, after we unpacked said vacuum, the kids wanted to play in the box. And if you give children a box, in the same way as if you give a mouse a cookie or a moose a muffin, they're going to want to have some laughs to go with it.
So they're playing and giggling and climbing in and out of the box, Jill goes in, and then I see Matt go in, feet first, after her. I hear Jill tell Matt to "get your bum out of my face!" and then Matt giggled, made a noise from his bum that's not nice to speak of in polite company, and Jill started yelling and screaming about how gross that was.
As if that's not bad enough, when I started yelling at Matt about it, Mark called from the other room and asked what was going on. When I told him, he started laughing and said something along the lines of, "that's my boy!"
At that point, Matt started laughing again and all I could do was throw my hands up in despair and shake my head.
